We aim to reply within 3 working days, however during busy sale periods it may take us slightly longer. Please be patient and rest assured we will answer you as soon as possible.
Please only send one message at a time as multiple messages can delay response times for you and other customers.

Please help us by providing as much information as possible including your order number (for example #TML1000), email address, pictures, etc.
We're an online brand and don't have a call centre. However, every email we receive is personally answered by our Customer Service team as helpfully and efficiently as possible.
Occasionally our payment gateway may experience a problem processing your payment and you won't receive an order confirmation email. Money will not be taken from you but may appear as a pending transaction for up to 48 hours. Our Customer Service team can help if you encounter this situation.
